Typically, the Jubilee Line is not running further then West Hampstead Station this Sunday heading north, so the train will finish 2 stops before Willesden Green Station, which is where you would normally get off. The Metropolitan Line is not running at all, and London Overground is partially closed between Richmond and Willesden Green. It's not a major problem though, as there are 3 easy options below:

Option 1
Take the Jubilee Line to West Hampstead, then change platforms to the London Overground (heading towards Richmond) and get off at Brondesbury Park, which is just one stop away. The Overground trains depart every 10 mins from West Hampstead. It's a 3 min trip to Brondesbury Park, then a 10 minute walk to the ground, or wait for Steve to do pickup at station.

Option 2
Take the Bakerloo Line to Willesden Junction, then change platforms to the London Overground (heading towards Stratford) and get off at Brondesbury Park, which is just two stop away. The Overground trains depart every 10 mins from Willesden Junction. It's a 3 min trip to Brondesbury Park, then a 10 minute walk to the ground, or wait for Steve to do pickup at station.

Option 3
The other alternative is to just catch the rail replacement buses from West Hampstead Station to Willesden Green Station (2 stops away). The busses leave every 3 min and the trip takes around 15 mins. It's then a 9 minute walk to the ground. Or check out other bus options.
